Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for expedited and overnight shipping)
- APO/FPO addresses
- U.S. Territories
- International destinations
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging for your privacy. The exterior of the package does not indicate the contents, and the return address shows only "Ixius Labs" without reference to Refractin™.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@refractin.com. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order ships.
