Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must request the refund within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must provide your order number and reason for return
  • Only one refund per customer is permitted

  3. Briefly explain your reason for requesting a refund
  4. Wait for our team to provide return instructions

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and verify eligibility, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@refractin.com. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Products that have been opened and more than 50% consumed
  • Shipping costs (unless the item was damaged or defective)
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
